Macy’s Employee Arrested in Ulster for Stealing Thousands
Macy's employee has been arrested in Kingston for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars.
According to the Ulster Police Department 20 year old Robert A. Lightfoot of Kingston was arrested this week after officers responded to Macy’s in the Hudson Valley Mall for a larceny complaint. Police say an investigation revealed that Lightfoot, an employee of retail giant had removed cash from various cash registers over a span of several days.
It total police estimate Lightfoot stole over $4,000 in cash while being employed by the company. Lightfoot was arrested and charged with felony Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree.
