A former Miss Ulster County winner was forced to surrender her crown for posing topless. Now, she's fighting back.

According to TMZ, Jennifer DeLora was named Miss Ulster County back in 1986. But before she was able to compete for Miss New York, the pageant demanded that she relinquish her title because of an appearance in the film "Bad Girls' Dormitory."

The letter stated:

After reviewing the film entitled "Bad Girls' Dormitory" in which you were a participant, the Board of Directors of the Miss New York State Scholarship Pageant has decided that pursuant to the Miss Ulster County Contract, which you signed, and the Miss New York State contract, that this film falls in the contract category of "indecent and in bad taste."

In a Facebook post, Delora has demanded that the Miss America Organization officially apologize for the incident. On Sunday's Miss America Pageant, CEO Sam Haskell opened the show by apologizing to Vanessa Williams for her treatment after nude photos were discovered of her back in 1984.  Williams was forced to resign her crown after the girl-on-girl photos were released.

Delora wants the Miss America organization to extend an apology to her as well. She writes:

Since you've now apologized to Vanessa Williams, I'm waiting for MY apology, as well as one to MY parents for calling their daughter a 'whore' & a 'porn star' for a mere couple of seconds of boobs in a shower scene as an actress where I was NEVER completely nude & WASN'T posing provocatively with another woman. You see, by issuing said apology last night, you have now opened up a Pandora's box for issuing apologies to ALL Miss America pageant participants for de-crowning (Miss Ulster County NY 1986)...

In case you're wondering what could be so bad about a film titled "Bad Girls' Dormitory," here's a clip for your viewing pleasure.

What do you think? Does former Miss Ulster County, Jennifer Delora deserves an apology?
