Prequels often afford the ability to trace history of fan-favorite characters, even if certain backstories are best-left unexplored. Case in point, Better Call Saul has lent plenty of depth to Bob Odenkirk’s erstwhile Jimmy McGill, though the actor himself wants fans to “stop hoping” that Bryan Cranston’s Walter White drops by for an appearance.

Welp, if Walking Dead followup Talking Dead could birth the less-cleverly named Talking Bad, it was only a matter of time Better Call Saul would follow suit. So decrees AMC for Season 2 of the prequel lawyer dramedy, tapping Chris Hardwick for the even less-cleverly named Talking Saul.

The legacy of Breaking Bad is challenging to live up to, even as the acclaimed Better Call Saul heads into its second season in a few weeks. Still, its parent series looms large, as AMC collects all the Breaking Bad references in one Better Call Saul video before Season 2.
