I think my coworkers are misunderstanding the purpose of Giving Tuesday. Most of the awareness days on the calendar are kind of ridiculous. It seems like there's a day for everything. We've got pizza day, phone a friend day and selfie day. However, there's something kind of special about Giving Tuesday.
