The summer is just flying by. It's already mid August. It will be over before you know it. Autumn officially begins on September 23. That's pretty soon. But all is not lost.
I made my way out to the 2nd annual Hudson River Craft Beer Festival this past weekend and had an amazing time. At events of this magnitude I've come to expect some sort of little disaster here and there. But not this time. From the very beginning of the day everything ran smoothly...
Ok, so I like beer. I don't know many people who don't. But I actually got a little bit of brewery education when I checked out Sloop, so that's why I wanted to write about them a little bit.
There's levels of breweries. I admit, I hadn't put much thought into the idea that the different sizes had different names...
Rushing Duck is in Chester. +1 for the location. And by location, I mean near me.
These guys have an EXCELLENT rating on Yelp and they get some pretty good ratings across the boards for their beers.
So, let's go with the first name that caught my eye: Dog's Bollocks...
