Road Snacks decided to attack the Central New York region pretty hard in a list called "These Are The 10 Trashiest Cities In New York."

There is nothing like loyalty and respect in a healthy relationship. They are attributes that help any form of companionship strive, especially in an intimate one. Another characteristic of a strong relationship; however, is humor, and this one instance at the Poughkeepsie Galleria at least had me in stitches.

Every semester we get a fresh group of interns from local schools like Marist, SUNY New Paltz and even some of the community colleges. Though I appreciate there willingness to learn they are pretty green. They need a lot training and hand holding.

Brandi's on vacation all this week and I had to tackle the show and all the responsibilities that come with all by myself. Well, not exactly by himself. He's got a lot of interns from both Marist and Suny New Paltz helping out.

Does anyone take these names seriously? Although it seems like a common greeting in the workplace, I feel like these names are more insulting than a compliment. Although I have faced sexual harassment in the workplace I've brushed it off. That's right, guys can get uncomfortable too. I've been called "handsome" and "hot stuff" at work by ladies in the office.

We've all had our share of bad dates but this one just seems like the crappiest one ever. Trust me, I'm no expert on dating but I think this disaster of a first date would definitely wave some red flags.
