AWOLNATION played the Wiltern in Los Angeles, Calif. last week and brought up some special guests in Weezer's Rivers Cuomo and Guns N' Roses Duff McKagan.
After the commercial disappointment of their dark 1996 album, 'Pinkerton,' Weezer reemerged in 2001 with a familiar sound and aesthetic that would soon define them.
Rivers Cuomo said the band have already written a follow-up to their upcoming 'White Album' called the 'Black Album' with (you guessed it) darker material.
