To (almost) quote Blink-182, work winter sucks, we know. While the snow hasn't fallen just yet in the Hudson Valley, it's only a matter of time. This year when the temperature drops, we want you to be as far away as possible... that's why WRRV wants to send you to Clearwater, Florida for the Next Big Thing festival!

Live music with an ocean view is the perfect was to tell winter to f--- off, and the Next Big Thing Festival is bringing you some of the best up-and-coming alternative bands alongside legendary Grammy-winning artists that have headlined festival stages across the globe.

The Next Big Thing Festival Lineup

The lineup includes two former WRRV Sessions guests, little image and Misterwives, plus Lovejoy, Bleachers and the Black Keys. One Hudson Valley winner will get hooked up with airfare for two, hotel stay, and of course passes to the Next Big Thing festival at Coachman Park in Clearwater, FL. Here's how to win:

How to Win WRRV's Flyaway to Florida

You have three chances to qualify every weekday on WRRV between 8am and 6pm. When you hear the sounds of the ocean (don't worry, it's obvious), be caller nine and you're officially in the running to get the hell out of the Hudson Valley in the dead of winter.
