Additional Information

The Howland Chamber Music Circle and the Howland Cultural Center are excited to present our annual FREE "Instrument Discovery" Children's Concert.

The program will begin with an "instrument petting zoo" where students can handle various instruments. This will be followed by performances by area musicians demonstrating many of the instruments.

For this event we are partnering with Stamell Stringed Instruments and Paul Effman Music Store who will be providing instruments for children to play.

The program is appropriate for children of all ages, especially those who are looking to choose an instrument to study in school.

This is a FREE program, however due to the limited space we ask that you make reservations on our website.

Featured performers include:

Naomi Benecasa, cello
Maoz Ezra, classical guitar
Carl Gutowski, flute
Gwen Laster/New MUSE 4TET, string quartet
Rhema Mangus, French Horn
Akiko Sasaki, piano
