The course will be an out and back on the beautiful Heritage Trail with "NO" road crossings.

There will be a post-race Award ceremony with Music, Raffles, Food and refreshments!

Awards for top 3 in each Age Group for male & female:
10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29,
30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Race Prices:
$25 if pre-registered by September 21, 2014
$30 after September 21, 2014
