The 5k run was organized to benefit the Paige George Literacy Foundation. The Foundation was founded after we lost our daughter in an automobile accident in March of 2004. She was 9 years old and already at that age had touched so many lives. Paige's dream was to become a teacher and help younger children. This is our way of keeping her dream alive.
