A former Marist College Men's Basketball Assistant Coach was arrested along with 10 others in one of the largest bribery busts ever in college basketball. ABC News reports the men have been charged with using bribes to influence athletes choice of schools, advisers and more.

Emanuel Richardson spent time at the McCann Center during the 2004-05 season before moving on to Xavier, then to Arizona where he was currently an assistant coach. A top executive at Adidas has been charged as well, in a scheme that saw monetary compensation going to the families of these talented athletes in an attempt to gain influence over the players business decisions.

The investigation has been underway since 2015, with a hotline established for the reporting of illegal schemes.

Perhaps the most well known of the coaches arrested, Chuck Person played in the NBA for 13 seasons for five different franchises. He's currently the associate head coach of Auburn, but the University has yet to comment on his employment status.
