This song was originally made by Kate Bush in the mid 80's. Placebo took it and slowed it down and creeped it out 25 years later.

And the original was almost forgotten.

I love me some cover songs. Every once in awhile, a cover will COMPLETELY obliterate the original song, and this is one of those times. Honestly it's like this song is from a different planet than the original.

The piano as the intro and main music portion of the song, the drone in the background, the vocals and the overall vibe for this song is HAUNTING. It's not the action portion of the horror movie, it's the set up. Or maybe even the contemplative part after it all goes down. Regardless, this song needs to be on your Halloween Playlist.
