A Hudson Valley man has been arrested and charged following an investigation of a burglary that took place in December. 

Samir Pelinovic, 44, of Ellenville was arrested and charged with burglary, a felony. In December, a Fallsburg homeowner reported that their home was broken into and approximately $1,500 in currency was stolen, according to a press release.

The investigation determined that Pelinovic entered the home by breaking a rear window. He was arraigned in the Town of Fallsburg court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail  on $5,000 cash bail, or $15,000 bond.
