Hilarious Jim Breuer Announces Return to Hudson Valley, New York

It's shaping up to be a solid summer for concerts, and a funny fall for comedy shows here in the Hudson Valley and general New York metro area. Jim Breuer Announces November Hudson Valley Date

No stranger to the Hudson Valley scene whatsoever, funny guy Jim Breuer has announced he will play one night only at the Paramount Hudson Valley theater located in Peekskill.

The 'Survival with Laughter' tour, which kicked off this week in South Dakota, will run throughout the summer and into the fall with stops across the states. On Friday November 1st at 8pm, Breuer will take the stage at the iconic Paramount Hudson Valley with special guest Joe Sib.

As of now, tickets are still available, and there are even some upgrade options including a VIP Meet & Greet with photo op.

Breuer's Hudson Valley History

Breuer, a New York native most likely known for his years performing on Saturday Night Live in the mid 1990's, and his role in the hit movie Half Baked, has been bringing his stand up comedy to the area for years.

Breuer last brought his show to the Paramount Hudson Valley in early 2023, but has also played Poughkeepsie in years prior at the Bardavon and Chance Theater.

Believe it or not, beyond playing locally, Breuer has some pretty hysterical ties to the Hudson Valley, actually honeymooning here back in the day. In his 2011 memoir, I'm Not High: (But I've Got a Lot of Crazy Stories About Life as a Goat Boy, a Dad, and a Spiritual Warrior), Breuer discusses the insanity that was his wedding, and discusses his car being stolen from the hotel parking lot the night before the wedding, and then having to borrow a vehicle to go on his honeymoon in Ulster County, at Rocking Horse Ranch!
