Local Officials Search for 3 Separate Missing Hudson Valley Residents All With Health Concerns

In 3 separate cases, local officials are asking for help as they search for missing Hudson Valley residents. All three have mental health concerns.

The Ulster County Sheriff's Office is attempting to locate 51-year-old Patricia A. Bolin, of Woodstock. Bolin was last seen on July 12 around 1:30 p.m. in the area of 370 Silver Hollow Road in the Town of Woodstock.

Bolin is described as a 5’9” light skinned black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is known to have mental health problems.

Saturday morning, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, the New York State Police and the Town of Woodstock Police responded to a report of a structure fire at 370 Silver Hollow Road.

When the Woodstock Fire Department arrived at the scene, the fire was still active and the house had burned to the ground. A vehicle belonging to Bolin was found at the residence, where she has been known to stay.

Once the fire was extinguished, officials determined that there was no indication that anyone was inside the residence when it burned.

The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office requests that if anyone sees or has information about Bolin to call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.

Officials are also looking for Phillip Overing, 72, of Poughkeepsie. Overing suffers from dementia and bipolar disorder.

Overing was last seen on Sunday, July 10 wearing a blue button down and gray dress pants. He’s described as a white 5’6” 130 pound male with gray hair and blue eyes. He’s believed to be in the need of medical attention.

In Westchester County, 62-year-old Joseph Sutera, who lives at a Yonkers nursing home is also missing. Sutera was being treated in the E.R. at St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers when he left the hospital without telling staff last Wednesday.

Sutera is described as a white 6’0” food 170 white male with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Yonkers Police say that Sutera has mental health concerns and has gone missing in the past.

Sutera was seen on Friday in Brooklyn but went missing again.
