Nathan Followill causing delays in the Kings of Leon tour. What the heck happened? And will they be canceling anymore shows?

Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill is feeling "a little banged up" after a tour bus accident in Boston this weekend. A post on the band's Facebook page says they were en route to their hotel after Saturday night's show when a pedestrian jumped in front of the bus. The driver stopped short, and Followill was left with broken ribs. He took to Twitter Sunday morning to thank everyone for all the "get well soons," and says he'll be "back better than ever."

Nathan's brother and Kings' bassist Jared Followill also tweeted about the accident, which he called "so sad." He said the band's current trek had been their "most fun" outing in a while, and promised to be back on the road ASAP.

Followill's injuries forced the band to postpone Sunday night's tour stop in Saratoga Springs, New York, and it remains unclear if the accident will affect any more of the group's upcoming gigs. They're scheduled to perform on NBC's "Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Tuesday, followed by a concert in Wantagh New York on Wednesday.

The band's Aug. 16 show at Bethel Woods remains on schedule.
