If you weren't excited enough for the return of "Galaga", Nintendo has something else up their sleeves to put you in an 80's frame of mind.

Nintendo is officially bringing back their Power Line for 3 days following the launch of the NES Classic. And the best part is that now that you're an adult, you don't need your parents permission to use the phone!

For those whose memories are a little hazy, the Power Line was a way to grap tips to your favorite games back in the 80's. Back then, there were "Nintendo Game Play Counselors".  The modern day version will be totally automated, and will only be active for 3 days, Nov 11th to 13th.

I remember getting in SERIOUS trouble for calling that line for a lot of help for Mega Man 2. But eventually I managed to set my own speed record as just over an hour. It took me a full summer and a grounding or 3 from calling the Power Line, but it was totally worth it.
