The toy maker says its manufacturers will not be able to keep up with demand this December for their European locations. A Lego spokesman says demand for the popularblocks has been significantly higher than the company's projections.

The spokesman says U.S. Lego lovers are safe for now, but some European countries might not get Legos this Christmas. The reason that the U.S. is safe, for now? The Lego's that are sold in the United States are made in Mexico, while the ones sold in Europe are made in Europe.
