An Ulster County man is in trouble with the law for allegedly sexually abusing a female friend while in a car.

The Ulster Police Department charged 30-year-old Christian R. Brenner-Sedlak, of Kingston with forcible touching, sexual abuse, misdemeanors, and a violation for harassment.

Ulster Police received a complaint from a woman who said that while in a car with Brenner Sedlak, he engaged in unwanted sexual contact with her on Old Sawkill Road in the Town of Ulster.

As a result of the investigation, Brenner-Sedlak was taken into custody without incident, authorities say.

Brenner-Sedlak was processed and arraigned in Town of Ulster Court and released to reappear at a later date to answer the charges.
