George Miller recently told TopGear.com that "bringing Fury Road to the screen was such a long and arduous process, he ended up with much more material for more car-based carnage."

He filmed too much. And he has enough footage to start thinking about 2 more Mad MAx movies. Of sheer straight take, car kaplowwie goodness.

This is by far the best news to come out of a movie made in the southern hemisphere since we found out that Peter Jackson had run out of Hobbit material to make movies about.
