Watertown, New York Ironically Without Water After Main Break

Governor Kathy Hochul has declared a state of emergency in Watertown, New York after a water main break has left thousands without running water.
When the internet goes out it is annoying. When the power goes out it can be inconvenient. When the water goes out it can be dangerous.
Imagine having no water for drinking, cooking or bathing? It's a nightmare that residents of Watertown had to experience first hand after a water main break. 7 News reported that there was a water main break coming from a water treatment plant which initially caused very low water pressure then no water at all.
Residents were asked to boil and then conserve water in a press release to the public.
Water was being shipped to Watertown in large tanks all night long.
