Forty-six of the nation's best colleges are found in New York, including a number from the Hudson Valley.

The Princeton Review's 27th annual college rankings were released on Monday. The review named the 384 best colleges in the United States. 46 of the best colleges are found in New York.

The Princeton Review came up with their list by asking over 138,000 students to rate their schools on dozens of topics of interest to applicants.

The Princeton Review didn't rank the colleges, the review only listed them in alphabetical order. Here are the New York colleges that made the list.
