It’s official! A Perfect Circle will release a new album in 2017! The record will be A Perfect Circle’s first since unveiling eMOTIVe in 2004.

You think the wait for a new Tool album has been long? A Perfect Circle have them beat by two whole years. Thankfully, A Perfect Circle are dormant no more. APC have played a handful of shows in the past decade, along with unleashing a new song, “By and Down” back in 2013.

In a press release sent out today (March 30), it was revealed A Perfect Circle have signed on with BMG for the band’s fourth studio album. "We just signed a new record deal with BMG! Looking forward to sharing new music with you soon. New APC-2017!" says guitarist and founder Billy Howerdel.

Jon Cohen, EVP Recorded Music at BMG adds, “We’re thrilled to welcome A Perfect Circle to BMG and excited to present their highly-anticipated new music to the world. Their uncompromising approach, vision and legion of fans have made them one of the most artistic and commercially successful acts in rock.”

No album title, artwork, track list or release date has been confirmed yet, but it’ll all see the light of day before 2017 comes to a close! In the meantime, you can check out A Perfect Circle on their 2017 U.S. tour.
