New Taco Bar Coming to the Newburgh Waterfront
It still may be freezing cold in the Hudson Valley, but one restaurant is already looking towards warmer weather with the announcement of a brand new taco bar that's headed to the waterfront restaurant district in Newburgh, NY.
It's hard to find a better mascot for summer than tacos and margaritas. While taco competition in Newburgh may be stiff with the long-established Hudson Taco just down the road, owners may be banking on their prime waterfront location to be the tipping point for potential customers. Not to mention the extensive and intriguing menu...

About the New Beso Taco Bar in Newburgh, NY
The new restaurant's concept is described as celebrating "the vibrant spirit of Baja Mexican Cuisine with a modern twist". With a full cocktail and margarita list in addition to extensive ceviche, "besito" (small bites), and taco options, the menu (tacos listed below) shows that owners aren't planning a modest launch, either.
Beso Taco Bar Replacing Former Pointe Grille in Newburgh, NY
The restaurant will be located in the space previously occupied by Blu Pointe's Pointe Grille Mediterranean Kitchen, and will act as an independent entity of Blu Pointe, with its own menu, staff, and kitchen. You'll be able to visit very soon, too.
Beso Taco Bar plans to open on Monday January 29th with their full drink and food menu. While summer is still months away, you won't be blamed if you refer to eating at Newburgh's newest restaurant as "practice" for when the warm sun starts shining again.
