This Weekend! Wine & Dine At Neverstill Wines
Prepare for an unforgettable evening of fall flavors, local artistry, and world-class wine pairings at Gathered by the Glass, an intimate dinner event with Bon Appétit chef and celebrated cookbook author Chrissy Tracey.
This four-course dinner, which will take place on November 16, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the newly opened Neverstill Wines in Hudson, NY, will feature plant-forward dishes designed to elevate seasonal produce and paired with exceptional cool-climate wines from Hidden View Vineyard on Seneca Lake.
Known for her vibrant, nature-inspired approach to cuisine, Chrissy Tracey left her tech career during the early days of the pandemic to pursue her true calling: showcasing plant-based foods that are as accessible and filling as they are delicious.
Her dishes have graced the pages of NYT Cooking, Cherry Bombe Magazine, and VegNews, and she’s made notable appearances on NBC Connecticut, PBS’s Moveable Feast, and NPR’s Seasoned.
Chrissy’s culinary philosophy celebrates sustainability, with a passion for foraging to promote access to fresh, locally sourced foods.
The dinner will be held in Neverstill Wines’ jewel box tasting room, designed by Amy Ilias, a former EVP of Design at ABC Carpet.
This intimate space, thoughtfully adorned with local artwork, creates the perfect atmosphere for an evening of culinary exploration.
Paired with estate wines such as Riesling, Chenin Blanc, and Cabernet Franc—certified sustainable by the New York Sustainable Winegrowing Program—each course promises to showcase the best of Finger Lakes produce, beautifully balanced to complement Chrissy’s artistry.
More than just a meal, Gathered by the Glass invites guests to “get plant curious” and discover the joy of plant-forward dining.
This is your chance to experience the Hudson Valley’s finest in food, wine, and ambiance. Grab your tickets soon and prepare for a truly unique culinary journey!
