UPDATE: Due to the heavy rains & thunderstorms predicted for Saturday July 3, the Strawberry Fields: Ultimate Beatles Experience has been postponed to Saturday July 31. All tickets for July 3 will be honored and show time remains at 2pm. The Amy Helm show scheduled for Sunday July 4 will proceed as planned.

Live music is back and so are the good times with friends. You can enjoy both along with delicious food and wine at City Winery in Montgomery this Independence Day weekend.

We have been talking about getting back to normal for almost two years now and it's hard to believe that it's finally happening just in time for our nation's birthday. There's a lot to celebrate. COVID restrictions are loosening up and City Winery is taking advantage to throw a fun-filled holiday weekend in the Hudson Valley.

Do you remember what you did last Independence Day? No? That's okay because I don't either. Don't hold back this year. Go out of your way to make this one special. After all, you deserve it and honestly, you don't have to go very far. City Winery in Montgomery is pulling out all of the stops this 4th of July and you're invited. Come hang out for the weekend at their gorgeous 22-acre property.

Let City Winery take care of the drinks, food and entertainment for you along with your friends and family so you can enjoy the day worry-free.

Fact: Everyone loves the Beatles. On Saturday, July 3 be sure to catch Strawberry Fields, a stellar Beatles tribute band starting at 2PM.

On Sunday, spend the 4th at the winery. Grab some lunch and a glass of wine before you enjoy a performance from Amy Helm live in concert at 2PM. When the show ends you can stay for dinner and still be home in time to catch some sleep if you have to work in the morning.

There's nothing better than going to a 4th of July party with your friends but I recommend changing the scenery this year and that change is at City Winery. They are still taking safety precautions. A negative COVID test or proof of the COVID vaccination is required upon entry. You can find them here.
