Coheed and Cambria's newest album "The Father of Make Believe" will be released on March 14th and will includes songs like their newest single "Someone Who Can" as well as "Play the Poet" and "One Last Miracle". The band will be touring the new album along with fan favorites that have been around for decades.

The band's journey began in 2001, formed by Claudio Sanchez, who was already a seasoned musician with a vision for blending complex musical arrangements with elaborate storytelling. The band quickly gained attention with their unique sound, which fused elements of progressive rock, post-hardcore, and alternative music. Their first album, Second Stage Turbine Blade (2002), introduced listeners to the "Amory Wars," and this album was notable for its ambitious concept, tying the music directly to Sanchez's comic book series of the same name.

Coheed and Cambria’s commitment to their storytelling didn’t waver with subsequent albums. In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 (2003) and Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV, Volume One: From Fear Through the Eyes of Madness (2005) further expanded the Amory Wars universe, and both albums earned critical acclaim for their intricate arrangements and emotionally charged lyrics. These albums showcased the band’s ability to blend progressive rock with elements of post-hardcore and punk, making their music both intellectually stimulating and emotionally cathartic.

Alongside C&C, Taking Back Sunday will hit the stage. Formed in 1999, Taking Back Sunday first gained widespread attention with their 2002 debut Tell All Your Friends, which became a defining album in the early 2000s emo scene. They built on this success with subsequent albums, such as Where You Want to Be (2004) and Louder Now (2006), which solidified their place in alternative rock. Throughout the years, the band has evolved, experimenting with new sounds while staying true to their emotional core.

152 (2023), the most recent album the band has released, marks a new chapter in their journey, blending the introspection of their past with a renewed creative energy. The album reflects a more mature, reflective approach, with each track exploring themes of love, loss, and personal growth. As vocalist Adam Lazzara explains, “Music is there to bring you together with like-minded people and get a little lost. The songs from 152 have a life and energy all their own.”
