Nunez now faces serious legal consequences after being charged with ten counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (Class E Felony) and one count of Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child (Class D Felony).

Following his arrest, Julian Nunez was arraigned in New Windsor Town Court by Town Justice Noreen Calderin. Bail was set at $1,000 cash, with options for a $2,500 secured bond or a $5,000 partial bond. Nunez was subsequently transported to the Orange County Jail, where he will await further legal action.
