It sounds like a lame question but a lot of businesses may not choose to celebrate the holidays.

Sometimes having a party at work isn't always the best thing. Yeah, it's good for morale but between the booze and all of the problems that come with that is it even worth it for employers? Not to mention it has to cost quite a bit of money.

Ou office throws an annual holiday party and I'm thankful for that. We get dinner, drinks and a few gifts. It's not something that seems to be commons nowadays.

Feeding over thirty people can't be cheap.
