While there are plenty of vehicles for sale that would make sense for anybody from a first-time driver on a budget to a budding demolition derby competitor (they might want to spring for the Volkswagen VR6 Sport currently listed for $180, below), there's also massive deals for contractors and construction company owners.
Construction Equipment at Dutchess County’s Surplus Vehicle Auction
Scrolling through the myriad cars, vans, and SUVs, a few special vehicles stand out from the crowd, like a working forklift with a current bid of $475 and a John Deere loader listed as "running and working as intended" with a current bid of $9,400 (below). There are also some vehicles that might better be described as toys.
Water-lovers might be interested in a paddleboat that could most optimistically be described as vintage with a current bid of $1, an aluminum rowboat also listed for $1, or round paddleboats with a current bid of $25 (below).
Both serious buyers looking for a bargain as well as curious residents with a few dollars to burn on a novelty item will both have fun scrolling through the 91 items for sale (don't forget to check out the vaccine freezers and zero-turn mowers, too).
