One could say it's the circle of life! Or maybe not...

A family from Alabama is setting the ground work for a lawsuit against Walt Disney World. Claiming that an escaped snake at Disney’s Animal Kingdom feel from a near by tree and bit a boy...but thats not why their suing. They say the snake bite then led to the death of the boy’s grandmother.

According to Wink News the family's attorney, Matt Morgan said earlier this week that the family was on vacation at the park in 2014 when the grandmother saw the snake bite the boy and then went into cardiac arrest. She died a short time later, now the family plans to sue.

According to the news agency a Disney spokeswoman, Jacquee Wahler says "the allegations mischaracterize what happened." That the snake was in fact wild, nonvenomous, and not part of an exhibit at the Animal Kingdom. Wahler went on to say that the boy was treated with a band-aid, that there was no call from ambulance and that the family returned to the park after the incident.
