Free Food And The First Day Of Spring Will Boost Our Serotonin

Over the past couple of months, I have expressed how I have had seasonal depression. Thankfully, I have found ways to lessen it here in the Hudson Valley. Ways that I have attempted to temporarily ward off depression consist of red light therapy, breathing in oxygen from an oxygen bar, receiving a massage and more.

We can rejoice! Spring is officially in the air with that being said, there are businesses that are offering freebies in honor of this uplifting holiday that holds new beginnings.
