A humane society in the lower Hudson Valley recently posted about a 2-year-old cat that was recently surrendered by its owners... but one fact they shared about the adorable animal has the entire internet in tears.

As an animal lover, it's impossible to understand how some pets are treated as disposable. While there can be genuine reasons that a family can no longer look after a four-legged friend, what the humane society reported painted a different story all together.
