Kingston Donut Pop-Up Announces New Paltz Storefront
What a very exciting time for fans of this Kingston-based pop-up donut shop that has been serving up delicious donuts for the past four years. An announcement was posted just a few days ago regarding a permanent home, just one exit down on the thruway, in New Paltz!
Hole In the Wall Donuts, the Backstory
A product of COVID, Hole in the Wall Donuts was born during the pandemic by Brandy Walters, owner of the (former) Anchor in Kingston. The Anchor, a staple in Kingston since 2011, closed back in 2022, like many other locally owned businesses, due to staffing shortages and increased costs. As The Anchor door closed, simultaneously the donut door opened, and Brandy was able to take several members from her Anchor team with her to launch Hole in the Wall Donuts.
'Creativity meets deliciousness in the heart of the Hudson Valley' - the branding behind this locally owned donut pop-up that have brought their donut creations to farmer's markets and other pop-ups in Kingston for the past four years. While their current residency is at Urban Fork on Wall Street in Kingston, soon, Hole in the Wall will have a home to call their own.

Hole in the Wall Store Front, New Paltz
With plans for a soft opening in September, the team at Hole in the Wall are working hard to prepare for their first storefront on Main Street in New Paltz.
A few weeks ago, this space in New Paltz popped up and I just knew this was our new home! We are so excited to join such a vibrant and diverse community.
The New Paltz community will soon have prime access to these incredible treats (I mean seriously, look at these donuts)....and based on the reception they received when announcing the new storefront, this spot is sure to attract hungry visitors from near and far.
In addition to their signature item, donuts, the large hand crafted donuts, Hole in the Wall will be offering fun coffees, matcha, dirty sodas and other seasonal soft beverages.
