Amazing Transformation for Local Hotspot in Hopewell Junction

One of my favorite places to go to in Hopewell Junction, NY is Daddy O's. It has great drinks, food, the people who work there are always so friendly and it has the perfect atmosphere for a girls night. When I first moved here, a ton of people recommended it to me and usually when you drive by it's pretty busy and there's always someone there. It wasn't always like that though, check out the amazing transformation that went on.

What did this restaurant in Hopewell Junction used to look like?

Safe to say, it looked pretty rough. A lot seems to be going on in this picture and I did hear some rumors that Daddy O's was once a steakhouse. This picture was taken back in 2018 and thankfully it looks SOOO much better now. That's the power of a great idea and good construction.

Look how beautiful. What a night and day difference this place became and everyone in Hopewell really enjoys going there. I still do wonder though what used to be there?
