Hudson Valley Hikes: Cary Institute Of Ecosystem Studies

The Hudson Valley has a lot of great places to go out for a hike. On Saturday of this weekend my family and I decided to head to The Cary Institute in Millbrook. This is a great place to go if you have kids. The paths are paved and it's a pretty even hike. Not a lot of hills for those pushing strollers. And with a lot of folks going to the Rail Trail, you can expect it won't be all that crowded.
