Hudson Valley Musician In The Running To Open For Major Country Star

A talented musician from right here in the area is a serious contender to open for one of country music's legendary artists. With the Hudson Valley's help, Todd Mihan from Hyde Park will open for Vince Gill in concert, while receiving numerous other benefits. On Stage with Vince Gill is a contest sponsored by Guitar Center, contestants are to download the backing track and add their guitar solos. Five finalists will travel to Los Angeles to perform for Gill. In addition to opening for Vince Gill in concert, the winner will receive:

• $10,000 in cash
• Song recorded by Grammy Award winning producer
• Meeting with Universal Music Group
• Music equipment from top brands.
