A Dutchess County man is facing multiple felonies after he allegedly burglarized a Hudson Valley Valvoline.

On January 17, 2018 at approximately 5:40 a.m. State Police were dispatched to Valvoline garage on Route 9 in the town of Wappingers for a report of a burglary in progress.

An investigation revealed that Daniel P. Lorenzini, age 29, of Fishkill, who worked at the garage was inside illegally.

He also allegedly damaged a door and additional property attempting to leave after being observed by a plow contractor.

Lorenzini was arraigned in the Village of Wappingers Falls Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court this week.
