I’m Tired of “Cute Dog Speak” on Social Media

Hoomans, puppers, you know what I'm talking about.

You've definitely seen the cute dog speak online. You may not know the name for it, but you know what I mean. When "dogs" refer to their owners as hoomans. When humans refer to their dogs as puppers. I'M TIRED OF IT. It's just straight up annoying at this point.

Sure, it was cute at first. A sweet yellow lab looking somber at a treat with text that reads "hooman gib me snaccos" on the bottom. But now it's just dumb. More importantly, it's just straight up unoriginal. Do you know how dumb I felt as I typed it? VERY DUMB.

I may be in the minority here but I can't be the only one who is tired of this. Every day I get a new dog video popping up on my Facebook of a pet taste test where the owner video tapes their dog trying different vegetables rating them out of ten. It's just annoying at this point. The videos are also way too long. Your dog won't like the lettuce but will love the meat. There, that's every video.

Am I in the wrong? Maybe, but I'M NOT EVEN SORRY!
