Play ball! Baseball season is here and New York baseball fans are gearing up for a, hopefully, eventful season.
If you're planning a trip to the Bronx this year to catch a Yankee game, make sure you bring your appetite. The Yankees and YankeeStadiYUM on Instagram announced the new menu items to expect at the stadium throughout the 2024 season.
Fan Food Favorites Return to The Bronx Yankee Stadium Menu
Before we get to the new food items we would be crazy not to mention the legends at Yankee Stadium. No, we're not talking about Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera.
Every year the New York Yankees organization goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable experience at the ball field not just in the seats, but also when fans grab a bite to eat.
For instance, the 99 Burger is back by popular demand. The Aaron Judge-themed burger is made up of 2 4-ounce American Wagyu beef patties, American cheese, caramelized onions, secret sauce, brioche bun and dill pickles. Last year the burger was served in limited quality. Yankee Stadium would only sell 99 burgers every game.
However, this year, the 99 Burger returns with "no limit on the number of burgers being sold per game" according to MLB.com. Fans can get their 99 Burger in section 107 at Yankee Stadium.
Fans can count on Yankee Stadium to have the classics like hot dogs, popcorn, beer and chicken tenders too!
2024 Rookie Menu Items at Yankee Stadium
In preparation for the 2024 season, Major Leauge Baseball released a list of all the food vendors and their new foods coming to Yankee Stadium this year.
Yankees fans with a sweet tooth will be happy to learn that the extreme Yankees Milkshakes have added 4 new flavors, Mr. Softee's soft served ice cream can be found around the stadium and Fried Zeppoli's are now available too!
If you're more of a savory baseball food fan, grab the new BBQ Filet Tip Loaded Tater Tots from Lobel's in section 134 or Bacon Ranch Mac & cheese from The Mac Truck in Section 223.
