Game Changing New Feature Coming To Bethel Woods
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is the home to the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival, they are a nonprofit cultural organization.
The History Channel explained that the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival was a three day music festival that took place on what was known as a dairy farm in Bethel, NY.
“An Aquarian Experience: 3 Days of Peace and Music,” the epic event would later be known simply as Woodstock and become synonymous with the counterculture movement of the 1960s."

Today, guests can explore Bethel Woods' informative museum to learn about music history and the Woodstock Music Festival.
While some attendees recognize Bethel Woods for their popular concerts, others have also experienced their unique exhibits and walked the Bindy Bazaar trail.

Bethel Woods explained they are,

Bethel Woods mentioned that ticket prices are only $15 per class and additional information about these classes can be found on their website.
What Conceerts Will Take Place At Bethel Wood In 2024?
Bethel Woods has been announcing their performers for the 2024 concert season.
They shared that Jason Mraz & The Superband will perform Friday, July 12, 2024 at a Pavilion-only show.
Bethel Woods also made another announcement on social media that Lynyrd Skynyrd & ZZ Top will perform on the Pavilion stage with The Outlaws. This performance will take place on Friday, August 16, 2024.
Additional performers such as Train, Limp Bizkit, Alanis Morissette, Hozier and more will be at Bethel Woods this summer.

A Game Changing New Feature Is Coming To Bethel Woods This Spring
Bethel Woods confirmed a game changing new feature happening in 2024.
They shared,
"From May-October, guests can enjoy a variety of camping types on concert and festival days, all with stunning views of the Bethel Woods campus and surrounding landscape of the 1969 Woodstock festival site."
Bethel Woods continued to share,
"Whether you choose to stay within the Pavilion footprint by pitching your own tent, upgrade to glamping, or roll into the Best Road campground with your RV, you will be less than half a mile from New York State’s number one amphitheater and the award-winning Museum at Bethel Woods."
According to Bethel Woods, there will be two camping locations for attendees. Those who are camping on site can do so in Pavilion Camping and Best Road Camping.
Forbes interviewed Bethel Woods’ CEO, Eric Frances in regards to camping and glamping options being offered on site.
Frances shared his idea and experiences especially an interview with Carlos Santana which played a role of keeping the love and energy of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival alive.
What Are The Different Camping And Glamping Options At Bethel Woods?
This exciting news will now allow guests the opportunity to choose from different camping styles. During the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival, attendees camped on site for days. In 2024, guests will now be able to also camp on site after all of these years.
Bethel Woods explained,
"Pavilion Camping is located within the concert venue near the amphitheater and has stunning views of the Bethel Woods campus and surrounding historic site. These camping areas are just a short (5) minute walk to the Pavilion stage or The Museum at Bethel Woods. "
Bethel Woods will offer glamping which will include basic glamping and luxury glamping. They will also have premier tent-only camping available.
Bethel Woods also shared,
"Best Road Camping is located across the street from Pavilion Camping, approximately 4/10ths of a mile from the Pavilion or the Museum. This area hosts RVs and car camping for all types of vehicles and tent sizes."
They shared that the camping sites located on Best Road cannot be reserved. Groups must arrive together in vehicles at the same time to be together.
"Additional guest passes can be purchased for groups larger than (4). Sizes are not exact and may vary."
For both locations, there will be shuttles available at times for those who would be in assistance of transportation.
Premier Rv, Primitive RV And Car Camping Will Also Be Available At Bethel Woods
Bethel Woods explained that car camping, primitive RV and premier RV options will also be available on site.
However, a concert ticket is required to be able to purchase a camping space at Bethel Woods.
