It’s great that there are local recycling events in the Hudson Valley. This allows us to properly dispose of items that we aren't using anymore.
These events also bring the community together to continue to make the Hudson Valley area a great place to live!
Hudson Valley Community Recycling Event To Accept Electronics, Clothing And More
The Cornwall Chamber of Commerce made an exciting announcement on social media. They posted information about an upcoming event and made a video about it as well.
The Cornwall Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Cornwall Goes Green Recycling Day! This will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 9am until 12pm. We can attend this event at the Cornwall Town Hall.
They also shared items that we are able to properly recycle at this upcoming event. The Cornwall Chamber of Commerce will accept electronics which is great if we have TV’s or cell phones that we don’t use anymore. They will also accept eyeglasses along with used clothing as long as its clean.
At The Cornwall Goes Green Recycling Day, we can also recycle any expired prescription drugs along with crayons, papers and more! This event is available to the Village and Town of Cornwall residents.
Who Can Attend This Recycling Event In Cornwall, NY?
Each county within the Hudson Valley offers similar options to residents.Residents in Dutchess County will also have the opportunity to recycle household waste and electronics throughout the year, according to the Dutchess County Government.
