It’s the holiday season! It’s time for us to celebrate all of the fun, festive and exciting events in the Hudson Valley. There’s always something for everyone to enjoy our area.

Ulster County, NY To Host Holiday Celebration With Fireworks And Live Music

The Vision Of Wallkill shared an exciting post on their social media platforms. They made the announcement of the fourth annual event in their community.

The Holidays in the Hamlet will take place in the Hamlet of Wallkill, NY. Join this event at the Wallkill Public Library Lawn. This holiday celebration will be on Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 3pm-6:30pm.

What Can We Experience At Holidays In The Hamlet Event In Wallkill?

If you're looking for holiday cheer, then this is your event! The pre event activities for Holidays in the Hamlet begin at 2:15pm with crafts, face painting and more.

The main event will kick off at 3pm filled with food, drinks, performances, local shopping from vendors and more.

Santa himself will be joining this party around 4:45pm! Be sure to bring your Christmas list to Santa who will be collecting them on site. I hope you made the nice list this year, haha.

There will be a community tree lighting as well. I’m looking forward to the fireworks at this festive event!

The Vision of Wallkil reminds guests to dress warm and to bring cash for purchases. In addition to all of the exciting things we can experience at Holidays in the Hamlet, we can look forward to more.

The Vision of Wallkill also shared on their social media platforms about what they are selling. This ornament would be a perfect gift idea for someone who cherishes the Hudson Valley, including this event.

We can pre order this ornament now and some will be available for purchase at this upcoming event.This cute ornament is $12 with the pre order option or $15 if purchased at the Holidays in the Hamlet event.

Tour One of the Hudson Valley's Most Spectacular Light Shows

Peace, Love & Lights happens on the grounds of Bethel Woods. This festive and beautiful light show is mesmerizing, fun and spectacular.

Bethel Woods' Peace, Love & Light Winter Light Show Schedule is open daily from November 28, 2025 to December 28, 2025. (BUY TICKETS HERE)

The show begins at 5pm and ends at 10pm with the last entry at 9pm. Guests only need one ticket per carload.

It is recommended to purchase this ticket in advance since the price increases the day of. Also, a friendly reminder that Bethel Woods is now cashless.

If you would rather walk than drive through this beautiful display, Sullivan 180 Walkthrough Monday takes place each week on Mondays therefore, there will not be any drive thru options on that day of the week.

Bethel Woods added winter light displays all throughout the route. Some of their festivals include New York, Enchanted Forest, Groovy Way and more.
