A man who was found unresponsive in the parking lot of a Hudson Valley business is accused of manufacturing meth.

On Thursday, Brian Lazor Jr., 36, of Wood, P.A., was indicted by an Ulster County Grand Jury for manufacturing methamphetamine, a class D felony.

Lazor was arrested on March 3rd, in the parking lot of an Ulster Avenue business after an employee of the business noticed Lazor unresponsive in his vehicle and called the police, officials say.

Officers and emergency services responded and roused Lazor. A brief investigation revealed several hypodermic needles and syringes along with various items for making methamphetamine, officials say.

Lazor is also accused of possessing a quantity of methamphetamine and other illegal substances.
