A man who was wanted in Denver was found and arrested in the Hudson Valley.

Recently, The Red Hook Police Department received a tip that 32-year-old Anthony M. Militello fled authorities from Denver and was believed to be in Dutchess County.

Based off information they received from police in Denver, members from the Red Hook Police Department determined that Militello was staying at a home in the Town of Red Hook.

On Monday, Red Hook police pulled over Militello on Annadale Road in the Town of Red Hook and took him into custody without incident, police say.

In January, the Denver Marshall's office of the State of Colorado issued a full extradition warrant for the Militello. He was arraigned on a Fugitive from Justice Complaint and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. He will stay there until he is extradited back to Denver Colorado.
