According to The Thorn,

"The Mediterranean is known for their vibrant flowers and medieval waterfront castles. In arriving at the restaurant’s name, the Owners wanted to incorporate old time history and florals into a name with bigger meaning. “The Thorn”, which plays off the town’s name Thornwood, is a perfect representation of the lyrics “every rose has its Thorn.”

These mouthwatering food options also can be paired with some of their cocktails. I'm excited to try their Charcuterie Board and Barley & Wild Mushroom Risotto.
