Homemade ice cream is returning to Lagrange, with a brand new ice cream store.

If you lived in Dutchess County in the 1960's, you might remember a place called Brenner's Ice Cream Shoppe. Brenner's served up homemade ice cream to Dutchess County residents, and went on to open 6 locations.

Kathleen "Zoe" Ferris, a Hudson Valley native, and Culinary Institute of America graduate has decided to bring that delicious homemade ice cream back to LaGrange. Raised on a dairy farm in Poughquaq, her ice cream shop will feature house home-made ice cream made with Hudson Valley Fresh. We're talking from the cow to the cone in just three days...that's fresh!

Still accepting applications. We are looking for front counter help, cooks, assistant cooks, prep workers and a cake...
