It's another week jam-packed with new music releases.

Every week we talk about the new alternative music releases. Whether it's albums, singles, or remastered albums, we cover it all. Let's waste no time and get right to the music released this week.

Foo Fighters

As the Foo Fighters get ready to release their album Medicine at Midnight they have dropped another single off the album. The first was "Shame Shame" and now they have released "Waiting On A War". Dave Grohl said that he wrote this song for his daughter. You can take a listen and watch the animated video for it below.

Lana Del Rey

After dropping her album Norman F*cking Rockwell! and simultaneously ruining her reputation amongst fans and industry professionals, Lana is back at it again. While preparing to release a new album, Lana Del Rey has dropped the title track from the album called "Chemtrails Over The Country Club"  and a music video to go with it. Listen here.

I typically don't add my own input here but I'm SO excited about this song. Dayglow released a track this week called "Close To You" and a music video too. It has a 70s roller disco vibe to it and makes you want to get up and dance. Listen to the song and watch the video below.

lovelytheband dropped a remix of their song "Buzz Cut". The new mix features MisterWives. The extra layer of vocals really adds another dimension to the song. Take a listen below.

AFI dropped not one, but two songs this week. They've been teasing a new album and we still don't have details about when it will be released or what it will be named. For now, we can enjoy their two new songs "Escape From Los Angeles" and "Twisted Tongues". Listen to "Escape From Los Angeles" here.

Mayday Parade

Mayday Parade dropped an EP that was recorded during their virtual performance during their Out of Here Sessions at a studio in Georgia. It has a stand-alone single and other live versions from Out of Here. Listen to the stand-alone single "It Is What It Is" below.
