This New York State Trooper Is Hiding an Amazing Secret
It's always fun to find out about the secret lives of others. Not strange or dark secrets, but the kinds of details that professionals usually keep to themselves when they're on the job.
For example, your bartender could be a world-class knitter, or your mechanic could be the first chair violinist in the community orchestra. As the New York State Police recently shared, one of their officers has a secret, too... and it's a big one.

Trooper Tomarris Bell Wins the Gold at the World Masters Indoor Track Championships
Trooper Tomarris, a triple jumper, is ranked #1 in the world in the 35-39 year-old age bracket. His jaw-dropping triple jump distance of 49 feet 6 inches is only 11 feet shy of the world record for any athlete of any age, and just 10 feet under the Olympic record.

So don't forget, the next time someone pours you a beer at the bar, fixes your fender at the body shop, or even pulls you over for speeding, you could not only be dealing with a seasoned professional, but someone who has an amazing secret that goes far beyond their day job.
Athletes like Trooper Bell must have breezed through the physical tests to become a member of the New York State Police. Check out the requirements below.
